Balanced scorecard is a broad view of all KPIs connected measuring company overall performance from four perspectives which are financial, operational, customer and development while KPI (Key performance indicators) are the tools to measure organization performance for a specific key result area.

Balanced scorecard can be implemented and beneficial for any organization size at any time.

It differs as per the business objectives, current situation, size, and model, but balanced scorecard should contain at least 16 KPIs and Maximum of 32 KPIs.
